Risk and Uncertainties

I am not a risk-taker. I hate uncertainties. When I make decisions, I try to reduce risk and get rid of as much uncertainties as I can.

The results? Lost opportunites and regrets. The worst is the annoying question in my head - "What if?"

So I learned from that and realised that sometimes it just is not necessary to ponder on the what ifs and to be afraid of possible outcomes. Outcomes that might not even happen.

My fear of the uncertainty in almost everything I do restricted me in so many things. Come to think of it, there are many people whom I will not be friends with now if I allowed my fear of risk and uncertainties to influence the decisions I make.

Restrictions. I have been restricted all this while. Not any more =)

I still am afraid of uncertainties. I still am not daring in taking risks. But I am changing.

Hehe, I am even starting to think that uncertainties are kinda exciting x)

    It is the excitement and the tough moments of taking the path of uncertainties that is most challenging but rewarding. :) It adds a gist to life :)

  4. agreed! facing the unknown is a challenge for me too! But I'm learning and pushing myself to go out from my comfort zone.. and I'm sure your finals will be definitely a tough one..so good luck in overcoming all future obstacles :))
